Ask a Return & Refund
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after approval.
Eligible reasons for refund or return:
- Damaged or incorrect item
- Missing product or component
- Product out of stock or unable to ship
- Order delayed (over 30–60 days, depending on destination)
- Package lost during delivery
- Order canceled before shipment
Please note:
- Returns must be sent back within 10 days after approval.
- Refunds after 30 days of receipt are not supported.
- Custom or branded orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
For faster processing, include photos/videos of the issue and proof of dispute when submitting your request below:
